How Do I Create a New Account?
Click "Log-In" icon
Type in an email address and select "No, I do not have a password."
Create a personalized password.
Insert the shipping and billing information and click "continue" to complete the process
How do I log in?
Click on the "Log-In" icon in the Shop Online Section. Type in your email address and password.
How do I shop?
Enter the quantity of product you wish to place in your shopping cart and click "add to cart."
The product will then be placed in your shopping bag.
Editing My Shopping Bag
At any time during the shopping process you may add, edit or delete your shopping bag.
Click the "View Bag" icon at the top right of the page to add, edit or delete a quantity in the shopping bag.
Edit the quantity in the box and click "continue."
Updating My Profile
Go to Log-In and select shipping/billing addresses. Make the necessary changes and click "update information."
Your profile will save multiple addresses. Please select the correct address before proceeding through the checkout process.
Checking Out
Click on the "View Shopping Bag" icon by either logging in using your email and password that was created or create a new account. Review the shipping and billing information then click "continue." Review the items and quantities in your bag and click "continue." Once all items look satisfactory, click "submit order." After submitting your order, you will receive an email order confirmation

Orders are normally processed within 24 hrs, Monday - Friday. Orders received after 2PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day.
We reserve the right to hold an order up to 48 hours before shipping. You will be notified if there is an issue.

Shipping & Handling Methods - We offer the following shipping methods.
Our shipping carrier is the US Postal Service.
Standard ground shipping is $2.95.
Rush orders:
Fed Ex 2 Day - $24.00
Fed Ex Overnight - $34.00
Please note that the USPS is not trackable.
Some methods may not be applicable to your shipping area.
Express orders processed the same day if order is received prior to 2 pm Central Time.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Please note:
We process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (noon) Mon-Th and 11:00 AM EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.
APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply.
We do not ship outside of the U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii - select Fed Ex 2 Day or United States Post Office only.

Returns and Exchanges
How can I return an item I purchased?
Each shipment includes instructions for returning merchandise. To return or exchange unworn, undamaged merchandise, please enclose your receipt (noting on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken), and ship your package pre-paid and insured.

We will issue a full refund, excluding shipping, to your credit card within 60 days of the purchase date. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will email you once your return is processed. It takes approximately 7-10 business days for your account to reflect the return.
- What if an item is damaged?
If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.
Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
Care instructions are enclosed, no return on items that are worn or if care instructions were not followed.
